Our Replacement Laptop Batteries are currently produced in Shenzhen, China. We are actively seeking a US based Manufacturer to compliment our stock line with American Made products.

 

Are your batteries the same as the original?

 

We seek to exceed the original capacity where possible to ensure our products exceed the performance of your originals. At the very least, our batteries will perform just like your original laptop battery did when you purchased it.

 

What do you do with my old battery?

 

If you return it to us, using our supplied prepaid label, we will recycle it.

How long does it take to fulfill and ship my order?

 

Most orders are packed within hours and shipped out via USPS. Provided you order before 2pm EST (Eastern Standard Time), your order should ship the same day.

Our regular shipping time via USPS is 2-3 days. However, on occasion USPS can take up to 8 days within the continental United States. This is not normal however.

 

We also offer next day service. You can choose this at checkout.

What happens when an item is backordered?

 

We receive stock on an almost daily basis. If your replacement laptop battery happens to be out of stock at the time of order, we will notify you immediately but normally it will only delay shipment by a day or so.

 

Will I be charged sales tax?

 

Our prices include all charges. Where necessary for orders placed in Florida we will pay the tax.

 

Will I get an email confirmation when my order is shipped?

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has already been shipped and it is within 30 days of your order, please return the battery, unused and in its original packaging, to us using the supplied prepaid mailing slip.
